My masseuse - Alice - guided me to a cavernous leather chair. I was the only patron, maybe because it was late Friday evening. They verified my email confirmation and ID and then I was gently ushered into a dimly lit room filled with soothing music. Not only did she rave about her experience, she booked a free 30-minute birthday foot massage (valued at $ 20) for me a few days after my birthday. We are frequent visitors to the Relax Ave Day Spa in Livermore so my wife recently used a $ 15 foot massage Groupon to check out their new Dublin location. Please don’t write a 1 or 2 star review because you’re comparing apples to oranges. The foot massage area is a sort of communal setup to keep costs low. (not that it matters to me, but it will for non-Mandarin speaking folks) Tips: –This is not a Burke Williams experience, nor will you have to pay two or three benjamins either. Receptionist was super nice, both the day and evening one, not sure if same person, but both kind, cordial and SPEAK english. $ 30 one hour foot massage (no back component) - amazing value, worked with John. Sounds? Flowing water, an actual varied music playlist instead of the same «top 5 melodramatic piano solos» that so many other places use. There was a lot of thought and money put into the design of the entire area for an amazing customer experience. This is hands down, one of the nicest massage spas I have ever been to.
